高溫玻璃棉施工建議

在設備表面提前焊上銷釘，再用鐵絲把高溫玻璃棉捆綁在設備表面，當所需保溫的設備溫度超過250℃時，采用雙層保溫方式，內(nèi)外兩層玻璃棉的接縫應錯開，以免產(chǎn)生熱橋造成熱量損失。當所需保溫的設備溫度超過400℃時，建議內(nèi)層用一定厚度的硅酸鋁，外層用耐高溫玻璃棉，兩層之間的接縫也應錯開。zui后在外面包上外裹層，既可保護玻璃棉，又達到美觀的要求。
